Zusammenfassung

Der Froschsartorius wird mit Mittelfrequenz(20 kHz)-Stromstössen quer gereizt. Die Reizantwort wird mit intracellulärer Mikroelektrode am Reizort abgeleitet. Die lokale Depolarisierung und die daraus sich ergebende Auslösung des Aktionspotentials werden auf ihre Abhängigkeit von Stärke und Dauer der Reizimpulse untersucht.
