Summary
In vitro, the mixture ‘Chlorpromazine-human serum’ gives modifications of the lipoproteins and theα-globulins. These modifications are studied by paper electrophoresis, Tiselius-electrophoresis, and immuno-electrophoresis. Under the experimental conditions described, the selective precipitation of theα 1-globulins seems quite unexpected.
