Zusammenfassung

Die elektrophoretische Trennungsmethode an Polyacrilamidgelen vonOrnstein undDavis 4 wurde so abgeändert, dass sie im Anwesenheit von Natrium-dodecyl-sulfat zu gebrauchen ist. Dadurch ist es möglich, Assoziationen und Dissoziationen von Proteinen zu bestimmen, wie Resultate mit Insulin, Aldolase und Rinderwachstumshormon beweisen.
