L'inclusion ded-aldostérone dans le milieu d'incubation a provoqué une accumulation élevée de l'acide amino-leucine dans la fraction protéique des tranches d'écorce du rein du lapin. Cette élévation a été arrÊtée par des antibiotiques (actinomycine D et puromycinc).
