Zusammenfassung

Mutanten eines Bodenbakteriums (Hydrogenomonas H 16), welche Poly-β-hydroxybuttersäure-Granula nicht zu synthetisieren und anzuhäufen vermögen, wurden isoliert. Anreicherungs- und Selektionsverfahren zur Isolierung solcher Mutanten werden beschrieben und die physiologischen Eigenschaften der isolierten Mutanten charakterisiert.
