Zusammenfassung

Cyclophosphamid bewirkt in jungen Ratten 1. eine Schwächung der Immunabwehr allogener Tumorzellen, 2. «wasting disease». Die beiden Wirkungen gehen nicht parallel: die «wasting disease» entwickelt sich einen bis mehrere Monate nach Cyclophosphamid-Gabe, zu einem Zeitpunkt, da sich das Immunsystem weitgehend wieder erholt hat.
