Zusammenfassung

Es wurde der Speichermechanismus der Amingranula im Nebennierenmark von Kaninchen, in verschiedenen Intervallen, nach Injektion einer Dosis Prenylamin (5 mg/kg intravenös) untersucht. Prenylamin zeigt dabei einen reserpin-ähnlichen Effekt auf Nebennierenmarkgranula nicht nur in vitro, sondern auch nach intravenöser Injektion.
