Zusammenfassung

Unter bestimmten Bedingungen gelang im Koronarsinusblut der Nachweis einer Substanz, welche eine normale reaktive Hyperämie der Koronargefässe vergrössern und eine gewichene reaktive Hyperämie wiederherstellen kann. Diese Substanz hebt DNP- und CN-Effekte auf und scheint mit bisher bekannten gefässaktiven Substanzen nicht identisch.
