Zusammenfassung

Modifizierte Technik zur Entnahme der Lymphe aus dem Ductus thoracicus von Mäusen unter sterilen Bedingungen im Verlaufe einiger Tage: Die Mittelwerte der Lymphmenge und der Zellen, welche in 24-stündigen Intervallen (vom 1.–4. Tage nach der Operation) gewonnen wurden, sowie die Differenz zwischen dem A- und CBA-Stamm der Mäuse werden festgestellt.
