Zusammenfassung

In Gegenwart des exfolierten Tonminerals Vermikulit wird die Zitronensäurebildung durchAspergillus niger besonders stimuliert. Dabei wird die Induktionsphase verkürzt sowie die gesamte Gärgeschwindigkeit im messbaren Bereich der Zitronensäurebildungsphase erhöht. Die Stimulierung scheint einzig auf verbesserten Haushalt der Spurenelemente zurückzuführen zu sein.
