Zusammenfassung

Der viel verwendete gerinnungshemmende Zusatz ACD (acid citric dextrose) vermindert die Aktivität der Glucose-6-Phosphat-Dehydrogenase und anderer Dehydrogenasen der Erythrozyten. Diese Wirkung kommt durch pH-Verschiebung zustande.
