Zusammenfassung

BeiXenopus laevis findet man im Kaulquappenstadium 2 fötale Hämoglobine (HbF) und nach der Metamorphose 3 neue Hämoglobine (HbA) vom Erwachsenentypus. Immunofluoreszenz-Untersuchungen lassen erkennen, dass während der Metamorphose keine oder nur wenige Erythrozyten gleichzeitig HbF und HbA enthalten.
