Zusammenfassung
Ein ganzheitlicher toxikologischer Test wird vorgeschlagen, bei dem einzelne Gruppen von Nagetieren benutzt werden, um beliebige Substanzen gleichzeitig auf alle schädlichen Wirkungen zu prüfen, einschliesslich chronische Toxizität, karzinogene, mutagene und teratogene Eigenschaften, sowie auf Änderungen der hepatischen mikrosomalen Aktivität.
