Es wurde die Dauer der Hemmung der Leucin-14C-Inkorporation in Proteine von subzellulären Fraktionen der Mäuseleber nach einmaliger und mehrfacher Gabe von Puromycin untersucht, ebenso der Einfluss von Puromycin auf die Katalaseaktivität der Leber.
