Rasche und einfache semiquantitative Methode zur Bestimmung der Aktivität von spezifischen Phosphatasen bei Reihenuntersuchungen: Detektion des Orthophosphats nach Diffusion des Enzyms durch eine Sephadex G-75-Schicht. Auf die Möglichkeiten ihrer Anwendung zur Bestimmung anderer Enzyme wird hingewiesen.
