Abstract

Выводы. Помимо легочных рецепторов растяжения, интернируемых волокнами группы А, существуют легочные рецепторы, иннервируемые волокнами группы С, оказывающие постоянное тоническое влияние на дыхательный центр. Некоторые химические вещества (вератрин, фенилдигуанид) увеличивают активность этих рецепторов. Такое же действие на них оказывают воспаление и отек легких. Это следует учесть в анализе дыхательных хемо и патологических рефлексов.
