Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die elektronenmikroskopische Beobachtung cines Nekrozyten (nekrobiotische Abbauzelle) im strömenden Blut cines Myelosepatienten berichtet. Die Frage des Absterbens der Leukozyten wurde in vitro elektronenoptisch untersucht, darüber werden erste vorläufige Befunde mitgeteilt.

Summary

A report has been presented concerning the electromicroscopical observation of a necrocyte (necrobiotic destructive cell) occurring in the circulating blood of a patient with myelosis. The problem of leucocyte extinction was studied electronmicroscopically in vivo. The first preliminary findings have been reported.
