Zusammenfassung

Die Spirochätenagglutinationsreaktion ist wie die Pallida-Reaktion bei Patienten mit Akrodermatitis chronica atrophicans deutlich häufiger positiv als bei Kontrollpersonen. Solche Befunde haben eine gewisse diagnostische Bedeutung und sind bei der Diskussion über die bisher ungeklärte Ätiologie der Akrodermatitis zu berücksichtigen.
