Zusammenfassung
Mit Hilfe der in den vorhergehenden Mitteilungen geschilderten Methodik wird der Ablauf der postprandialen Lipämie nach Fettbelastung unter pathologischen Verhältnissen geschildert. Als Beispiele für Resorptionsstörungen verschiedenen Grades wird die SL-Kurve bei Cöliakie demonstriert. Bei der genuinen Lipoidnephrose liegt die Störung des Verhaltens der Serumlipide primär in den Abweichungen der Serumeiweiße. Dagegen dürfte der abnorme Verlauf der postprandialen Lipämie bei einer “normolipämischen” juvenilen Xanthomatose doch am ehesten in einer Störung des Fettstoffwechsels zu suchen sein. Die Möglichkeit, das Verhalten der Serumlipide bei postprandialer Lipämie als funktionelle Belastungsprobe zu verwenden, wird diskutiert.
