VII. Mitteilung Nachweis synthetischer Farbstoffe in Milcherzeugnissen

Summary

The detection of synthetic dyes in milk products is described, for instance in yoghurt, cream, ice cream and milk shakes. The albumin precipitates with acetone and adsorbs the dyes. After desorption from the albumins, enrichment by polyamide-powder leads to identification by chromatographic methods.

Zusammenfassung

Durch Behandeln der Milchzubereitungen mit Aceton werden Eiweißstoffe coaguliert, an denen sick saure Farbstoffe adsorbieren. Nach Desorption vom Eiweiß und erneuter Adsorption dieser Farbstoffe an Polyamidpulver lassen sie sick nach bekannten Verfahren der Papier- oder Dünnschicht-Chromatographie identifizieren.
