On induced contributions to thep-h ↔Δ-h interaction

Abstract

Induced contributions to the “Landau Migdal” parameter governing the excitation ofΔ-h states in nuclei, g′ Δ , are considered. It is shown that they are strongly reduced when the momentum dependence of the force in the spin-isospin channel is taken into account. Further reduction is obtained in finite nuclei.
