Zangenbiopsie aus dem Antrum-, Korpus- und Kardiabereich des Magens unter endoskopischer Kontrolle

Zusammenfassung

In 127 Fällen wurde gezielt während der Gastroskopie aus Antrum, Korpus und nach Inversion aus der Kardia insgesamt 762 Gewebspartikel entnommen und ihr Entzündungsgrad histologisch ermittelt. Die Verteilung der Gastritisstadien in den einzelnen Magenregionen wurde statistisch mit demx ²-Test untersucht. Die Entzündung nimmt vom Antrum zur Kardia hin ab. Die Kopplung der Entzündungsgrade ist zwischen Antrum und Korpus lockerer als zwischen Korpus und Kardia. Bei Feststellung einer Entzündung im Kardiabereich ist eine Gastritis im ganzen Magen wahrscheinlich. Eine isolierte Entzündung ist dagegen im Antrum häufig.

Summary

In 127 cases a biopsy under vision was performed during gastroscopy. About 762 particles were biopsied from the antral, fundic and-after inversion-from the cardial region. The degree of inflammation was studied histologically. The distribution of the different stages of gastritis were statistically examined byx ² test. The inflammation decreases from antrum versus cardia. The coupling of inflammation between antrum and cardia is not as close as between corpus and cardia. If there is an inflammation in the cardial region a gastritis in the whole stomach is most likely. An isolated inflammation, however is often found in the antrum.
