Zusammenfassung

Es werden die Ergebnisse von Untersuchungen zur Bestimmung der Gesamtgonadotropie mitgeteilt, wobei die Versuchsdauer 24 und 48 Std betrug. Das geprüfte Material wurde in einer einzigen Injektion gegeben und die Wirkung am Uterus der infantilen Maus bestimmt. Quantitative Bestimmungen konnten statistisch nicht gesichert werden.

Summary

Investigations are reported upon the determination of Gonadotropins in the urin of non-pregnant women with the mouse-uterus-test, the preparations given in one injection and the animals killed after 24 and 48 hours. Most quantitative results were statistically not significant.
