Prediction of changes in the vegetation cover in the zone of influence of reservoirs

  • Published:
Hydrotechnical Construction Aims and scope

Conclusion

The data of the investigations show that the use of the phytoindication method for predicting changes in ecological conditions and vegetation cover under the effect of reservoirs is completely valid. It makes it possible to obtain reliable results more detailed than by traditional methods rather rapidly and with minimum expenditures.
