Zusammenfassung

Es wird auf einen mit Morbus Basedowi komplizierten Fall von Diabetes mellitus hingewiesen, der zunächst mit gutem Erfolg behandelt werden konnte, später aber trotz großer Dosen von Insulin im Koma starb, wobei die fortlaufende Blutzuckeruntersuchung eine nahezu vollständige Insulinresistenz erkennen ließ.
