Zusammenfassung
Es wird der Fall einer 68jährigen Patientin mit Patella duplex in der Horizontalebene bei Gonarthrose vorgestellt und das operative Vorgehen in der Kniegelenkendoprothetik erläutert. Zudem wird ein Überblick der relevanten Literatur gegeben.
Abstract
A case of double patella in the horizontal plane in an osteoarthritic deformed joint is presented and its relevance in total knee arthroplasty. Furthermore a review of the relevant literature is given.
