Über das Verhalten der Blutgase bei der Strychninvergiftung

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Die Verarmung des Blutes an Sauerstoff im Strychninkrampf ist alleinige Folge der Unterbrechung der Atmung durch den Krampf.

  2. 2.

    In vitro zugesetzt, hat das Strychnin keinen Einfluß auf die Dissoziationskurven von Sauerstoff und Kohlensäure.

  3. 3.

    Nach dem Tetanus entnommenes Blut zeigt die für Säuerung charakteristischen Depressionen der Sauerstoffdissoziationskurve; das Kohlensäurebindungsvermögen ist stark herabgesetzt.
