Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Die von Knudson und Dresbach zur Eichung von Digitalis-und Strophanthinpräparaten empfohlene kolorimetrische Methode gibt sowohl absolut wie relativ ungenaue Werte und kann daher zur Wertbestimmung nicht empfohlen werden.

  2. 2.

    Die Strophanthidinmethode von Fromme und Meulenhoff gibt bei der Eichung von Tinctura Strophanthi im Vergleich mit den biologischen Wertbestimmungen an Katzen zu hohe absolute Werte.
