Über Wirkungsbedingungen der Analeptika

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Am morphinisierten Kaninchen läßt sich ein Einfluß von Adrenalin und Ephedrin auf die Atemwirkung von Hexeton, Lobelin, Cardiazol, Strychnin und Kampfer nicht nachweisen.

  2. 2.

    Ummineralisierung der Tiere ist ohne Einfluß auf die Atemwirkung der Analeptika.

  3. 3.

    Bei Kombination mehrerer Analeptika ist der Kombinationseffekt rein additiv. Die Kombination Lobelin-Strychnin ergibt eine geringe Steigerung, die Kombination Cardiazol-Hexeton eine deutliche Abschwächung der analeptischen Wirkung bei bestimmter Aufeinanderfolge der Injektionen.
