Der Einfluß des Chloroforms auf die Rhodanpermeabilität der Froschhaut

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    An die Außenfläche der überlebenden Froschhaut wird eine 1/10 n Natriumrhodanidlösung gebracht und die nach innen (Ringer) durchtretenden Rhodanionen kolorimetrisch bestimmt. Es wird die Abhängigkeit der übergetretenen Menge von der Zeit ermittelt.

  2. 2.

    Mittlere Chloroformkonzentrationen, je nach Versuchsbedingungen zwischen 0,032 und 0,125 Vol.%, erniedrigen die Rhodandurchlässigkeit der Haut.

  3. 3.

    Größere Konzentrationen führen zu einer starken Permeabilitätssteigerung.
