Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse

Im Bereich toxischer Dosen wirken Medinal und Pyramidon bei intravenöser Dauerzufuhr nicht antagonistisch, sondern additiv.

Die narkotische Wirkung von Medinal, Noctal, Furfurylisopropylbarbitursäure und Allylisopropylbarbitursäure wird durch nicht toxische Gaben von Pyramidon in antagonistischem Sinne beeinflußt.

3.
Äquinarkotische Dosen der genannten Barbitursäuren werden durch gleiche Pyramidonanteile nicht gleichstark beeinflußt.

4.
Die Abschwächung der narkotischen Wirkung ist bei peroraler Zufuhr von Medinal und Pyramidon stärker als bei intravenöser Injektion.
