Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Es wird eine neue Versuchstechnik zum Studium der humoralen Übertragung der Vaguswirkung am Herzen beschrieben.

  2. 2.

    Die Übertragungseffekte sind klarer zu demonstrieren, doch kommt es auch hier nicht zur maximalen Hemmung.

  3. 3.

    Die Esterasehemmung durch Physostigmin wird noch mehr von Prostigmin bewirkt.

  4. 4.

    Blausäure wirkt wie Prostigmin hemmend auf die Esterase, sensibilisiert also ebenfalls für die Wirkung des Vagusstoffes.
