Die Züchtung von Geweben des Auges „in vitro“

Zusammenfassung

1. Es ist möglich, die verschiedenen Zellen des Auges in vitro zu kultivieren.

2. Zwei dieser Geweben, nämlich das Iris- und Linsenepithel wurden in ungemischten Stämmen kultiviert.

3. Dieses Verfahren empfiehlt sich zur Erforschung wichtiger ophthalmologischer Probleme.
