Summary
Experimental attempts in the development of a synthetic intraluminal ileal conduit drainage system are reported which would obviate the need of present adhesed drainage pouches. Complications are discussed and technical advances suggested.

Zur Verbesserung der Stomaversorgung beim Ileum-Conduit wird ein intraluminales Harnableitungssystem vorgestellt, das die üblichen angeklebten Harnsammelsysteme ersetzen könnte. Komplikationen werden diskutiert und technische Möglichkeiten dargelegt.
