Untersuchungen Über Cutanreaktionen bei Asthma

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Bei 42 normalen Kindern ist Cutanreaktion mit 14 Stoffen ausgeführt worden; positive Reaktion fand sich bei 4 (10%).

  2. 2.

    Bei 121 Asthmatikern (89 Kindern, 32 Erwachsenen) ist Cutanreaktion mit ca. 50 Stoffen ausgeführt. Positive Cutanreaktion fand sich bei 88 Patienten (72,7%), nämlich bei 64 Kindern (71,9%) und 24 Erwachsenen (75%).

    45 Patienten reagierten auf einen einzigen Stoff (35 von ihnen auf Federn), 43 reagierten auf mehrere Stoffe.

    Eine der Cutanreaktion entsprechende Idiosynkrasie meinte man bei 33 Patienten (45 mal) zu finden. Einzelne Patienten zeigten negative Cutanreaktion auf den Stoff, gegen den sie klinische Idiosynkrasie zu haben angaben.

  4. 4.

    Haare und Federn lösten am häufigsten Asthmaanfälle aus, während Nahrungsmittel häufiger Übelkeit, Erbrechen oder Hauteruptionen veranlaßten.

  5. 5.

    21 Asthmatiker (davon 18 mit positiver Cutanreaktion) waren nach einer Observationszeit von 1–3 Jahren ganz oder fast ganz ohne Anfälle, nachdem der vermutlich schädliche Stoff entfernt war.
