Summary

The authors present their approach to provide expert knowledge on prenatally diagnosed congenital malformation via a Videotex (viewdata) system. The system aims at the medical practitioner outside spezialized treatment centers and contains up-to-date data on diagnosis, prognosis, principles of treatment and literature for the most common types of congenital malformations.

Zusammenfassung

Die Verfasser stellen ihren Versuch vor, Fachwissen zu pränatal diagnostizierten congenitalen Fehlbildungen über ein Bildschirmtext-System verfügbar zu machen. Das System wendet sich an Mediziner außerhalb spezialisierter Behandlungszentren und enthält aktuelle Informationen zur Diagnostik, Prognose, Prinzipien der Behandlung und Literatur für die häufigsten Typen congenitaler Fehlbildungen.
