Versuch einer chemischen Analyse der Hautüberempfindlichkeit nach Salvarsandermatitiden

Zusammenfassung

In 3 Fällen von abgeheilter generalisierter Neosalvarsandermatitis bestand eine Überempfindlichkeit gegen eine Anzahl organischer Arsenverbindungen, insbesondere gegen solche der aromatischen Reihe. Anorganisches Arsen und ebenso arsenfreie, sonst aber dem Salvarsan ähnelnde organische Verbindungen gaben im allgemeinen negative Resultate. Es handelte sich also in diesen Fällen um eineÜberempfindlichkeit weder gegen Arsen noch gegen die organische Komponente der Salvarsane noch ausschließlich gegen die Salvarsane, sondern um eine solche gegen arsenorganische Verbindungen.
