Zur Pathogenese der Livedo racemosa (Ehrmann)

Zusammenfassend können wir sagen:

  1. 1.

    Die Ätiologie der Livedo racemosaEhrmann kann Lues sein, doch kommen ebenso eine Reihe anderer Momente (Alkohol, Tuberkulose, Infektionen) in Betracht.

  2. 2.

    Voraussetzung ist eine konstitutionelle Disposition des Gefäßsystems; die Livedo racemosa ist in einem hohen Prozentsatz mit Livedo calorica kombiniert.

  3. 3.

    Die Schädigung, dir für das Zustandekommen dieser Affektionen verantwortlich zu machen ist, greift nicht die Vasomotoren, sondern den Gefäßmuskelapparat an. Nur jene Gefäße der tieferen Hautschichte, die eine Muskelschichte haben, können an Livedo racemosa erkranken.
