Zusammenfassung

Die Hämoglobin F-Bestimmung in 626 Nabelschnurblutproben ergab einen Mittelwert von 66,4% und einen Normalbereich von 55,5–75,3%. Die Einzelwerte sind nicht normalverteilt, durch die logarithmische Transformation In(115-x) kann eine annähernde Normalverteilung erreicht werden, die durchKolmogorov-Test undFisher-Test geprüft wird.

Summary

The determination of haemoglobin F in 626 umbilical cord blood tests showed a mean value of 66,4%, and a normal range between 55,5 and 75,3%. The single values show no normal distribution, but an approximate normal distribution can be achieved by means of the logarithmic transformation In (115-x). The results are controlled by means of theKolmogorov-test and theFisher-test.
