Die therapeutische Wirkung der Encephalographie bei kindlicher Epilepsie

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Die Encephalographie besitzt nach unserem Material eindeutig eine gute therapeutische Wirksamkeit.

  2. 2.

    Die Menge der eingeblasenen Luft hat keinen Einfluß auf den therapeutischen Erfolg.

  3. 3.

    Stärkere Beschwerden nach dem Eingriff scheinen prognostisch günstig.

  4. 4.

    Das Alter spielt insoweit eine Rolle, als sich die therapeutische Wirksamkeit mit der Pubertätszeit verringert.

  5. 5.

    Die Zeitspanne, die zwischen Anfallsbeginn und Encephalographie liegt, ist für die therapeutische Wirksamkeit belanglos.
