Zusammenfassung

Aus 77 Kakaobohenmustern wurde das Fett extrahiert und auf die Zusammensetzung der Fettsäuren mit Hilfe der gaschromatographischen Methodik untersucht. Dabei wurden nicht nur die in Hauptmengen, sondern auch die in geringen Mengen vorkommenden Fettsäuren erfaßt.
