Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent leur expérience de la technique d'Ilizarov dans le traitement de la pseudarthrose infectée du tibia, avec ou sans perte osseuse. Le but du travail est d'insister sur les avantages et les inconvénients et de présenter les problémes chirurgicaux et la durée du traitement avec la technique d'Ilizarov.

Abstract

The authors describe their experience with the Ilizarov technique in the treatment of septic tibial nonunion, with or without bone loss. The aim of this paper is to emphasize the advantages and the disadvantages, the surgical problems, and the duration of treatment using the Ilizarov technique.
