Summary

On the basis of one observation (5 year old boy) and of the accounts available in literature, the operative possibilities (mainly transplantation) and problems in the treatment of pseudosyndactyly—as it occurs in Epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica—are presented, along with the clinical, histo-pathological, and ultramicroscopical features.
