Durch Ausschaltung der Sinus carotici beim Kaninchen entsteht eine Überempfindlichkeit gegen Insulin, die in Parallele gesetzt wird zu einer öfter beobachteten Insulinüberempfindlichkeit bei diabetischen Patienten.
