Das Verhalten des Blutglykogens während Schwangerschaft und Wochenbett sowie bei Neugeborenen

Zusammenfassung

Bei 69 Schwangeren, 66 Wöchnerinnen sowie bei 28 Neugeborenen wurde das Blutglykogen bestimmt. Der Blutglykogengehalt war vom 1.–4. Schwangerschaftsmonat auf mehr als das Dreifache der Normalwerte erhöht. Im 5. Schwangerschaftsmonat kam es jedoch zu einem raschen Abfall des Blutglykogens. Die Untersuchungen im Wochenbett ergaben einen leichten Wiederanstieg des Glykogens. Dagegen konnten im Nabelvenenblut nur geringe Glykogenkonzentrationen nachgewiesen werden.

Summary

Blood glycogen has been measured in 69 pregnant women, in 66 women in the postpartal period and in 28 newborn babies. In the first to the fourth month of pregnancy the blood glycogen level was three times the normal values, but during the fifth month of pregnancy it was suddenly decreased. In the postpartal period the level of glycogen was slightly increased in the mother. Only small amounts of blood glycogen has been measured in the cord vein.
