Die Abhängigkeit der postcenalen Triglyceridämie vom Fettgehalt der Grundkost

Zusammenfassung

Bei gesunden Versuchspersonen wurden unter fettreich/kohlenhydratarmer und unter fettarm/kohlenhydratreicher Kost (rd. 60 bzw. rd. 5% Fettcalorien) nach peroraler Zufuhr von 1 g Olivenöl/kg Körpergewicht die Triglyceride im Serum bestimmt. Unter fettreich/kohlenhydratarmer Kost stiegen die Triglyceride postcenal von tiefem Nüchternniveau aus hoch an, während sie unter fettarm/kohlenhydratreicher Kost von hohem Nüchternniveau aus kaum oder gar nicht anstiegen.

Die Bewertung von Fettbelastungskurven kann zu Fehlschlüssen führen, wenn die Grundkost unberücksichtigt bleibt.

Summary

The serum triglycerides were assessed in healthy test-persons fed high-fat/low-carbohydrate and low-fat/high-carbohydrate diets (about 60 and about 5% fat calories) after per os intake of 1 g olive oil per kg body weight. At high-fat/low-carbohydrate food the triglycerides increased highly after the test meal over the low fasting level; at low-fat/high-carbohydrate food they did not or nearly not increase.

Disregarding the basic food the estimation of fat loadings may induce incorrect conclusions.
