Summary

Under treatment with 17α-Äthinyl-19-nortestosteron-acetat + Äthinyloestradiol (“Anovlar-21”) an increase of free and conjugated 17-OH-CS in plasma could be detected. Furthermore, a decrease of 17-KS and free and conjugated estrogens in blood was observed. After cessation of therapy all steroids levels tended to return to normal concentrations.
