Es wurde die Lokalisation der saure Phosphatase anzeigenden Bleisalzpräzipitate in den Mastzellengranula beschrieben. Ihre eventuelle Zuordnung zu Lysosomen wird besprochen.
Summary
The localization of the lead salt precipitates, indicating acid phosphatase in the mast cell granules, is described. Their possible association to lysosomes is discussed.
