Zusammenfassung

Wenige Stunden nach Frakturen kommt es im Plasma zu einem ausgeprägten Absinken der Triglyceride sowie auch des Cholesterins und der Phospholipide. Ein Zusammenhang mit dem Auftreten von Fettembolien wird diskutiert.

Summary

Several hours after bone fracturs a decrease of triglyceride, cholesterol, and phospholipid concentration in the plasma occurs. Its significance in development of fat embolism is discussed.
