Zusammenfassung

Die quantitative Plasmaproteinbestimmung nachLaurell läßt sich mit Hilfe einer gewöhnlichen Immunoelektrophorese - Apparatur bei Zimmertemperatur innerhalb 1–3 Std mit hoher Genauigkeit durchführen. Wir ermittelten in einem Serumpool von 11 gesunden Blutspendern den Gehalt an 14 verschiedenen Plasmaproteinen und zeigten, daß die Ergebnisse mit denen der einfachen radialen Immundiffusion sehr gut übereinstimmen.

Summary

The quantitative determination of plasma proteins according toLaurell is practicable with a low voltage equipment for immunoelectrophoresis at room temperature within 1 to 3 hours. Precise and reproducible values are obtained, which are in very good accordance with those from the radial immunodiffusion as shown by comparison of 14 proteins in pooled sera from 11 donors.
